Clean and convenient.

All new appliances. Very convenient to downtown and near the Botanical Gardens and pickleball courts. Pool and health club were well maintained. Minor issue with the fridge, which owner quickly resolved, and had maintenance there the next day to fix. I would definitely stay there again.

South Naples

The pictures posted are not this unit. The pictures had blue colors. Ours was pink. The lanai furniture had mold on it. The pictures show the lanai facing a pond. We faced a wall and a very noisy street behind it. Our pillows also had black mold on them. Several furniture items had price tags hanged no from them

Les photos de l’annonce, pour l’intérieur de la maison, ne sont pas celles de la location, probablement celles d’une maison modèle. La description des pièces est correcte mais la décoration et l’ameublement ne sont pas ce qui figurent sur les photos. La route passe à l’arrière de la maison donc c’est bruyant.Le resort est très sécuritaire. L’emplacement de la maison est proche desépiceries, jardin botanique ainsi qu’un très beau parc où se trouve le lac Avalon.La piscine sur le site est très bien et on a une belle vue sur le lac.
