Enjoy your vacation in this 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom beach house. Home is only 1 mile to the beach! Bike to the beach, shopping, and dining! Home features new floors throughout, TV's in every room, a screened in pool, patio and dining area, 2 car garage, open floor plan, and much more! Drip coffee maker in the kitchen. Pool can be heated for $20 per night.

The Space:
Enjoy your vacation in this 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom beach house. Home is only 1 mile to the beach! Bike or walk to the beach, bike to shopping, and dining! Home features new floors throughout, smart TV's in every room, a screened in pool, ice bath tub, large patio and dining area. 2 car garage, open floor plan, and much more! There is a large covered screened in outdoor area to enjoy the outdoors in all weather and seasons. Home can sleep 8, and has a King sized bed, Queen sized bed, 2 full size beds, Queen pull out sofa bed, and air mattress. $150 extra persons fee applies to groups over 6. Optional $20 pool heat fee per night. $150 pet fee per approved pet.
