Nossa estadia no apto do Sr Jeferson foi simplesmente maravilhosa, muito bem receptiva desde de dias antes da viagem, a plataforma Vrbo a todo tempo nos passando segurança e informação sobre a estadia. A comunicação com Jussara acima da média de excelente, sempre prontamente a nos atender prontamente em tudo que solicitamos, muito cuidado conosco sempre solicita. O checkin foi rápido, todos os colaboradores do VIP Praia Hotel, muito educados, cordiais e solícitos. E por final e maravilhosa a vista da sacada do apto, a estrutura do imóvel, as fotos do site não consegue demonstra o quanto as acomodações são confortáveis, atenderam as nossas necessidades, principalmente pq usamos a cozinha algumas vezes para fazer nosso café da manhã. Passamos noves noites no apto, e foi maravilhoso, nos sentimos em casa, fora de casa.Já passamos férias em Natal por mais de 10 vezes, e confesso que dessa vez achamos a acomodação do nosso jeitinho, 3 minutos para praia de Ponta Negra, mercadinho, padaria, comidas regionais, tudo pertinho.Com certeza, e com a permissão de Deus retornaremos mais vezes para o apto do Sr Jeferson.

Maravilhoso!

Fomos em família, nos apaixonamos por Natal! O Sr Jeferson e a Jussara são prestativos , sempre atenciosos. O apartamento estava bem limpo, é organizado, forneceram toalhas de banho e de praia, o hotel é uma graça… a vista é incrível, a sauna e a banheira de hidro faz toda a diferença. Os funcionários são educados e atenciosos. A localização é perfeita, próximo a orla, aos restaurantes, feiras… adoramos a estadia, com certeza pretendemos voltar. Dica: A Jussara tem dicas de passeio, já com uma empresa de confiança, se for de carro vale a pena pagar um guia, fizemos todos os passeios em família, fomos de carro e aproveitamos bastante. Enfim, muito obrigada por tudo!

A minha estadia foi maravilhosa, apto completo conforme anúncio, o anfitrião Jeferson super atencioso com tudo, Jussara tbm deixou tudo claro e a disposição. Ótima localização, no coração de ponta negra, apto fica dentro de um hotel com uma piscina em frente para o mar, muito show.. mesmo sendo uma hospedagem particular, os funcionários do hotel são muito atenciosos, a recepcionista do hotel um amor de pessoa. Recomendo e espero voltar.

Imóvel incrível, tem tudo que se precisa pra se sentir confortável. Móveis planejados cama, sofá, banheiro. Uma sacada incrível de frente pro mar. O atendimento da recepção é perfeito. O dono do imóvel muito atencioso e responde de imediato. A pessoa responsável tbm muito gentil e acolhedora. Precisamos de mais acessórios pra dormir, de imediato ela disponibilizou. Melhor Flat que já fiquei, tudo bem arrumadinho e limpo, super aconchegante sem falar da vista do quarto que é um espetáculo à parte, o Jefferson nossa não tenho nem palavras para agradecer o sempre pronto atendimento tirando as minhas dúvidas e me deixando tranquila deu para ver que ele realmente se preocupa se o hóspede está bem se precisa de alguma coisa, a Jussara tbm um amor de pessoa! Estou muito satisfeita e recomento de olhos fechados.

Fiquei 9 dias com a família (esposa e 02 filhos), ótima localização, próximo de tudo(praia, restaurantes, mercados, etc) Tudo muito organizado, o proprietário sempre muito atencioso, o pessoal do hotel tem uma boa recepção, sem contar a vista do apartamento que é incrível, com certeza recomendo.

La descripción del departamento era muy precisa y de acuerdo a lo encontrado al llegar. Excelente localización, muy cerca de la playa y muy cómodo. La limpieza fue excelente, y estaba todo en perfecto estado. Muy nuevo y bien distribuido. Los propietarios fueron siempre muy atentos y bien predispuestos a solucionar cualquier imprevisto. Pasamos unas vacaciones rodeados de gente amable y alegre, tanto los propietarios como el personal del hotel en el que se encuentra ubicado el departamento. Sin dudas recomiendo el departamento y el lugar. Disfrutamos mucho del amplio balcón con vista al mar. Definitivamente trataremos de volver. Muchas gracias.
