The unit has a master bedroom with a king-size bed, a second bedroom with 2 double beds, a bunk room with twin size bunk beds. The condo has two full baths. Each room is equipped with cable TV. There is a full-size laundry room with washer and new dryer. The kitchen is fully equipped including all appliances, new refrigerator, microwave, blender, etc. No pets and no smoking allowed. Perfect for a family get-away, or a quick escape for yourself, Summerwind 503 C is sure to be what the doctor ordered! \*\*You must be at least 25 years of age to rent this property. We also have a 1 to 4 ratio (one adult over 25 for everyone under 25) except during Spring Break. Couldn’t have a better location to view them from. Water is beautiful and the clearest we’ve ever seen. Everyone was friendly and nice. Only complaints are the condo needs to be updated, needs some fresh paint in some areas, could use some smart tv’s and all of the good chairs on the beach were reserved.
