Had to move for the 3 night to the basement. It was not mentioned that there was no AC on the website so I asked for an upgrade. I was quoted $20 more for upgrade which i took as it was so warm in the basement room. I strongly do not recommend it specially for summer.

First room was nice, plus it has a patio which my husband loves! Unfortunately, on our second night I saw a dirty face towel hanging in the bathroom shower curtain. I didn’t bother telling the desk as the desk person that night was not very attentive. I have requested an iron that night because we’re attending a wedding in the morning, she said she’ll send it up but did not arrive, i even called 3 times but no answer. Good thing the two ladies in the morning were keen to help and attentive I think their names were Sheila and Michelle… I came by the desk before going for breakfast and ask again for the iron, they even called me to ask permission to enter our room as we were out.

We had a good experience at this hotel. The front desk attendant was very friendly. The hallways were clean and bright and inviting. The room was very clean, nicely furnished and quite large also had a sofa. Wi-Fi was fast and quite reliable. The patio had two chairs and was quite functional.
