“The staff were very polite and helpful. We felt welcome and comfortable during our stay. The breakfast was on the expensive side but had a huge variety of food that seemed fresh and very tasty. ”

“Excellent location - it’s just opposite to the central station and 5min walk to Eurostar station. The room is very clean and tidy. The bed is very comfortable. There are lots restaurants, shops and supermarket within walking distance. I will definitely come back! ”

“The hotel is perfectly located. Literally 5 min to Lille flandres - another 5 min to Lille Europe. Turn right and you’ll see the cathedral, turn left and you’ll be at the grande place. The room was comfortable if on the small side with some bulky useless furniture (like a cabinet which served no purpose and a desk you could not use as the double bed took most of the room). Shower was fine. I missed a kettle to make tea and coffee. I didn’t try breakfast. Reception staff varied in friendliness……

Sébastien Lecouffe, the manager was friendly and helpful. A great stay while visiting the Lille xmas market, which was a quick 15 minute Uber journey away.”
