I did book a massage at their spa, and that would be my only complaint...it wasn't relaxing, so I didn't really enjoy it. Overall, I would definitely recommend this...

Walking distance to most sights, including the funicular and the ferry to cross the river or to the Dom Luis I bridge to walk across. Staff were great at the front desk and in the bar - especially Luis and Ricardo. Didn’t have breakfast, chose to grab food at Alice down the hill but ate at the bar a couple times and the food was better than your average bar food, especially the vegetable soupand the breaded green beans. ."
