"The staff was so friendly and the hotel shuttle bus was so convenient. I loved my stay here but I will say it wasn’t the cleanest. There were stains on majority of the towels and a stain on the bed sheet and I found a beetle in my hotel room and outside in the hallway. Honestly not a big deal to me so I would stay again for the price, the convenient location, and the super nice staff!!"

"This property is on my short list anytime I return to the area! The staff were ALL very friendly! The rooms are decent and I felt very safe here. Maid service isn’t doing the best job of sanitizing(…there was hair in bathtub). Other than that the carpets need to be shampooed to keep them looking nice :-). Maintenance was not helpful. I had to ask 3 times for assistance turning the heat off….and when he finally did come, he didn’t fix anything and didn’t offer me a fan. It was almost 80 degrees in my room and I couldn’t get any help. The bathtub is not draining water….the water was pooling up even after purchasing liquid drano. So maintenance needs to clean the bathtub drains in all of the units. They are clogged. This hotel is very nice and affordable and very SAFE and they provide airport shuttle service which is a rare amenity for guests!! I will definitely be staying here again the next time I travel to New York! Even at checkout all of front desk staff are so polite!"
