“There is a lot to like about this bed and breakfast: the location, cleanliness, the staff’s eagerness to help, and the hot tub and pool. It is unusual to have these facilities open at all times of day, and we really appreciated this, since we spent most of the day out. Our bed was soft but relatively comfortable, although the noise from the road meant that we could not keep the window open. We were disappointed, however, by a couple of things, especially the practicality of our room, as well as……

“I did not like the fact that there was no local TV or cable. There were options to login to streaming TV if you had an account. (Paramount, YOUTUBE, Disney, HULU, etc) I also did not like getting hit with some local fees, taxes and local donations that were not already covered in my reservation with Expedia. These should have been mentioned up front. One is kind of in a bind in that town because this hotel is the only place to stay there. Limits your options to be a captive customer. Don't……

“This is our go-to hotel whenever we're passing through. Clean, reliable, good facilities and breakfast. You also get a discount at the IHOP next door.”

We were extremely pleased with the attention to our needs and the attentiveness of the owners. It was a top notch experience from start to finish.
