“Place was great. Great communication and flawless.”

“The house was in a nice nieghborhood and easy to find. The house was as described and reasonably priced. It could have been a little cleaner and the towels and bedding were not great quality. Just hand soap in the bathrooms and one hair dryer. The master bath toilet needs a reset ( loose and small leak) and the washing machine needs to be cleaned.”

“The Rock House was perfect for mother daughter getaway. It was comfortable and clean yet quaint and historical in a perfect location.”

“Stayed with four couples for weekend of catching up, games, and big meals. We all loved it. Nice big spaces for us to cook and eat together. Everyone had comfortable sleeping arrangements and an easy walk to shopping in the square. Will come again. The Peanut Bar was a favorite for bloody Marys and mules.”

Leann was so great about communicating and making sure we had EVERYTHING we needed. The house was located in a great place to travel about in a short time. “Everyone enjoyed the house, it was clean and felt safe. The only issues were clothes still in the dryer and the wrong coffee filters. I purchased the correct filters and they should last a long time. I would rent this house again.”

“After staying the past two days, I have some serious safety concerns that need to be brought to your attention.There are no handrails on either staircase in the house. The floor from the kitchen to the back room is uneven and a trip hazard. The back stairs are not the standard riser height and were very awkward to use. Two of the bedrooms are located in the basement with no egress windows!”
