“当日の予定が崩れ、少し早めに到着し荷物を預かって欲しいと伝えると臨機応変に対応してくれ、特別に早めのチェックインをさせてくれた。スタッフの方も優しく笑顔で対応してくれて感謝。部屋も清潔でまるでノヴァーラの我が家にいるようでした。目の前に駅までのバス、そしてスーパーマーケットがあり便利です。また訪れたいです。”

“Abbiamo alloggiato presso la "Tenuta del Vecchio Mulino" con il nostro cane per una notte. Il soggiorno è andata abbastanza bene. La struttura è bella e ben curata. Le uniche due pecche sono l'insonorizzazione delle camere, quasi del tutto assente (si sentiva chiunque passasse nel corridoio) e la colazione, molto scarsa sia nella qualità che nella qualità. Per il resto è un posto confortevole e molto comodo per chi vuole passare un weekend nelle vicinanze di Casale Monferrato.”
