The accommodation is located on the ground floor of a well-maintained complex with a pool and features a private terrace with a magnificent sea view – the perfect place to enjoy the day with an outdoor breakfast or a glass of wine at sunset. In the open-plan living area, you will find a modern, fully equipped kitchen with a dishwasher, washing machine, oven, microwave, kettle, toaster, and filter coffee machine. The adjacent dining area offers space for four people, while the comfortable corner sofa in the living area can be used as a sleeping option if needed. Entertainment is provided by an LCD satellite TV and free Wi-Fi. The bedroom is equipped with a double bed, sufficient storage space, and darkening options - ideal for restful nights. The bathroom has a shower, washbasin, and toilet. Air conditioning, bedding, towels, and all ancillary costs are included, so you can focus entirely on your holiday. In the outdoor area, a communally used freshwater pool is available to you. The property is completely fenced and offers both sunny and shady spots in the garden. A grill can be used by arrangement. Parking spaces are located directly at the house. The next sandy beach is only about 500 metres away and invites you to swim, sunbathe and stroll.
