Spanning 75 m², the apartment accommodates up to six guests and features two bedrooms with double beds, a living room with corner sofa bed, a fully equipped kitchen, and a modern bathroom with shower and hydromassage. The covered terrace invites you to enjoy breakfast outdoors or a cosy evening meal, while air conditioning, ceiling fan, and complete darkening ensure pleasant temperatures and restful sleep. Bed linen, towels, and WiFi are included, with two parking spaces available on site. The holiday home itself has an outdoor pool, barbecue facilities and a children's playground. The fine sandy beach is only 500 metres away, and restaurants, supermarkets and the town centre can be easily reached on foot. The surrounding area offers numerous leisure activities such as water sports, cycling, kayaking, mini golf or sailing. Breakfast can be booked at an additional charge if desired.
