The holiday apartment is located on the first floor of a well-maintained house and features:

The kitchen is well-equipped and offers everything you need for self-catering during your holiday. This includes an induction hob, oven, refrigerator with freezer compartment, microwave, coffee machine, kettle, toaster and complete cooking and dining crockery.



The additional equipment includes Wi-Fi internet, air conditioning and central heating, so that the accommodation can be comfortably used both during the summer months and in the pre- and post-season. Bed linen and towels are available and are regularly changed.



Heated pool and private parking



A special highlight of the accommodation is the communally usable, heated swimming pool, which is open during the season and offers pleasant bathing temperatures in the pre- and post-season. Here, guests can relax, swim, or simply enjoy the sun.



For guests arriving by car, a private car park is available directly at the house.

Just a few kilometres away lies the historic city of Zadar, one of the most beautiful cities on the Dalmatian coast. The old town impresses with Roman buildings, historic churches and the world-famous Sea Organ as well as the installation "Greeting to the Sun" on the waterfront promenade.



The region also offers numerous opportunities for nature lovers. Several well-known nature parks and national parks in Croatia are easily accessible from here, including Krka National Park, Paklenica Nature Park, the Plitvice Lakes, and Kornati National Park.



Breakfast on request



Upon request, breakfast can be organised for guests. This service is optional and associated with an additional fee. Breakfast costs €10 per person per day, children up to 9 years old pay €6 per day.
