No services is provided and no staff stations in the front desk on regular basis. The staff can be reached via telephone hotline and she is helpful. The room is clean and comfortable overall. Convenient store and restaurants are in few minutes walking distance. The hotel locates near Niseko if you're driving a car. It was about 10mins driving. There is a convenient store and some restaurants around but please don't expect for a shopping center in the region. The hotel locates near a lot of small houses so I found it difficult to look for it even with our driving GPS. It was a peaceful and quite neighborhood though. The room is very self contained. It provides all family facilities, such as washing machine, cooking electrical stove, a rice cooker, microwave oven, discs washing machine and TV. However, it is missing air conditioner. Instead, they provide a small cool wind fan. It will need to fill up water to blow some cool wind. However, it is far from an air conditioner. Eventually, we open the windows at night to enjoy natural wind. Overall, I love the room. It was stylish and comfort. The balcony was big and I can watch star at night. The place was exceptionally clean and the staff was very helpful. The level of service I received, from the concierge to the receptionists, was first class. The staff was extremely kind and helpful. They are english speaking which made the whole experience much easier. They provided us with recommendations of the area and also helped us coordinate the ski lift passes beforehand, so we were able to receive it upon check-in. They also helped us book the shuttle to the airport for our check out day which made transportation less stressful. The hotel is fully equipped with all your skiing needs. There is a locker space in the basement and the room itself has a laundry with plenty of space to hang your gear. We had the 2bedroom unit for 3 people and it was very spacious to allow for all our luggage. One downside for us - you can hear people outside on the street pretty clearly until around 11pm or 12am. All staff were amazingly nice and friendly. Need first stop on Grand hirafu bus line. Rooms are big. Have a washer dryer combo in the room. Have a nice little kitchen area. Staff was great. They were super helpful and kind. Location is walking distance to every highlight spots (AYA ski lift, Seico Mart, several restaurants in the same areas). Room is large and very clean, well equipped with kitchen and utilities. We are lucky to have the room with bathtub. Our room is at ground floor and we can see Mountain Yotei from our window, eventhough it was city view.
