"Staff were rude at times. I had to upgrade to fit our family in the room and the whole stay, they kept telling me the room was for 3 x people only, even to the point of housekeeping coming back to remove the extra bed they had just put up! Our room number was neither on any breakfast sheets so were always questioned if we had paid for it or not. No information on how to try the kids club. Spa staff were rude, wouldn’t even let the kids wear goggles to swim in the pool. Not a 5* experience. The hotel itself is nice and very well done."

We were breakfast only, but after eating in Mikel & Pintxo we wished we’d gone half board – the food was excellent. Staff went above and beyond by linking our bookings and putting our rooms next to each other. Would highly recommend and would definitely return! "

"The place is very pleasant with good outdoor spaces, the staff are very kind and friendly. The only thing that wasn't very pleasant was the cleanliness of the areas, such as the building corridors, and the room had a dirty pillowcase. But otherwise it was perfect."
