"We absolutely loved our stay at this cabin in Kings Beach! The property was charming and we appreciated all the thoughtful details and amenities especially in the well-equipped kitchen. From the moment we walked in, we just felt relaxed and comfortable :) The goodie bags for BOTH of my dogs was such a nice and sweet touch. It was the perfect retreat for a relaxing getaway. "Bottom line: The house was okay, but the real problem was the management company. Because of them, I would not recommend this property to others.Positives: The location is great, the square footage is sufficient, and there is a nice master bedroom suite. We also appreciated access to a garage, an upper floor deck with BBQ and fire table, and the second living room.Negatives: The beds in the three downstairs bedrooms were pretty uncomfortable, to the point that some of us had to sleep on couches...

"Spent an awesome 5 nights at this gem of a house in Tahoe Donner. House is comfortable and well-outfitted and was cozy for our party of 7 and a pup. Location is close to Truckee and not too far for skiing at Palisades/Alpine, which we did daily. Would definitely stay here again!"

"The property was on three levels, 2 bedrooms & 1 bath on first floor, living area with full bathroom on second floor, & loft area with 2 twin & 1 full bed in loft. It was spacious & accommodated our family group of 6 well. Adequately equipped, somewhat randomly organized kitchen. Wonderful pool & hot tub area. Great location. "
