Hotel Riu Palace Aquarelle - All Inclusive
Internet was fine. Towels and room service good. Food was also good at dining room and jerk center. Need more time slots for restaurant dining. Staff was great. List my beach hat and retrieved at list and found at Front desk. Overall it was a very positive experience.

The room lacks amenities. A descent sets of pots n pans would be nice. Remove all broken pots n pans including aluminum trays from cupboards. Clean cupboards of droppings from roaches. Do not stay here!!! This a fraud. The name says it is a resort but don’t be fooled. It is NOT!!! . These are condos which people own and rent them out. They are extremely dirty, no one is ever available for cleaning the rooms or replacing any towels or other necessities. No restaurant in the building ...
