"Good afternoon. I wanted to follow up with you to express our displeasure with the accommodations. The place overall was disgustingly dirty. Every room was unacceptable from the aspect of cleanliness. We had to sweep, mop, clean the dining room table, wipe the counters, wipe up the the bathrooms, ..."

"Don’t have high expectations. We stayed here for night. We knew the hotel was outdated but things like the staff acting like we weren’t there and the shower water barely came out of the shower head which made showering impossible made the stay way worse."
