“I didn't take the breakfast as is offered to late”

“The heating system didn’t work how it was supposed to, people leaving their vehicles running outside of the room all night long leaving and coming back don’t know what they were doing. Door slamming all night long, room is very very small. Got no sleep water pressure for the shower was very minimal. Took a long time to get a shower. Had to go to the front office and give them the ice bucket for them to take into their private room and get ice for us. Would not recommend this Hotel, I think there……

“The location is ideal when traveling. Close to very good italian restaurant and fast food chains. ”

“It was fine for a one-night stay. TV didn’t work, and apparently ours wasn’t the only one; woman at the front desk said they were trying to contact their provider to remedy the situation, but nothing had been done by the time we left. To be fair, we arrived around 10 at night and left at 9 am, but I have no idea when the issue was first identified. Standard “free”, serve-yourself breakfast, including scrambled eggs, bacon, and waffles. Overall it was a half decent place for a short stay. ”

“The hotel is in as midst of being renovated. Staff were pleasant. Continental breakfast was decent. Only recommendation would be getting help for the person replenishing the buffet. You had to wait for dishes etc. as for the room, it was clean. You can tell the person that cleaned the too took great pride in their work. We were in room 128. The toilet seat need to be tightened.”

“The staff were amazing. Very helpful and friendly. Rooms were clean and the hotel was in a good location.”

“As always everything at this hotel was stellar. There are hotels for less in Hearst but this one is worth the bit extra. Especially if you want to book into the suite with the kitchenette! 2 queen beds, barstools, bigger fridge, hot plate. Great tub for a soaking bath! CLEAN CLEAN CLEAN breakfast is great as well!”
