“Couldn't ask for more. We've stayed at about a dozen different cottages in northern Ontario and Lakeside Cottages in Bruce Mines is the best. The beds are comfy, the price is reasonable, the cottage comes fully stocked (no upcharge for bedsheets like some places!!!), the kitchen is full and also stocked (salt and pepper and oil and coffee!!!), the cottages are clean and pretty, the view is amazing, the firewood is onsite and included (not $20 for a tiny bundle like some places...), reasonable……

“This was the perfect place to stay and explore trails around Lake Superior provincial park! Sandra is very thoughtful and goes out of her way to make your stay wonderful! Plentiful snacks, coffee and tea here! Plus she has great recommendations. Everything is clean. Plus you’ll never get bored because there are so many art pieces to explore around the house. It’s a quiet neighborhood and we’d definitely come back! Oh and do yourself a favor and order the burek at Grady’s grill in Wawa! It’s……

“Our stay was good. That would be nice if the AC was working when were there. No lake view as our suite was full of trees. You can use the water sports but you need to keep asking permission from them. The beach was good but there is a rocks entrance. We enjoued canoeng and paddle boarding to the other side of the lake ,there is a beautiful river there andvery nice for paddlr boarding and canoeng. Over all it was good”

“The office was a bit complicated to find when we arrived. The host was very friendly and made us feel welcome. The suite encompassed a well equipped kitchen complete with full size refrigerator/freezer, stove with oven, countertops and sink. Perfect for cooking our meals. In addition to a large living room, dining area, and bath, there were two large bedrooms with comfortable beds. Well worth the money. Recommend it for either a short or long stay. We were there 3 nights.”

“My boyfriend and I enjoyed our stay. We were pleasantly surprised with the 1 bedroom cottage (1 Bluejay). It was perfect! The cottage was clean, it had everything we needed. The king bed was comfy and the deck overlooking the water was relaxing and serene. We’ll be back!”
