"The staff were welcoming and efficient. The room very good size, clean and bed comfortable. Good shower. The breakfast was first class and evening meals surprisingly good quality and good value. Exterior air conditioning machines on ground level a bit noisy (we were first floor) but bearable. Lots of civil engineering work going on outside in this part of belfast but nothing the hotel could do about that. Will eventually be complete."

"Basic economic hotel room if you are Looking to use your room just for sleep and shower this works. Great location walking distance to bus and trains, city hall and city center. Rooms are very small no wasted space and you really can’t work in them but if all you need sleep and shower this works"

"Breakfast was only experience which let the hotel down. Despite warning to be careful about hot plates they were stone cold which caused the breakfast which was lukewarm at best to go completely cold very quickly. This was a shame as apart from the breakfast rest of the stay was excellent. "

"Lovely big room, great location. Downfall was the parking situation. States had parking on site, but did not stipulate that you had to pay a daily fee of 14 pounds. Even though car park is directly under the hotel and not gated so anyone off the street can access"

"The room was clean and equipped with tea and coffee supplies and toiletries. Nice walk in shower. All the staff were helpful and friendly. The hotel offers a good quality place to stay within walking distance of all amenities. Some very nice restaurants nearby too."
