“We had a lovely stay in the apartment. Its location is fantastic. Right in the middle of the old town with an abundance of Pintxos bars and restaurants. You can also be at La Concha beach in a matter of minutes! La Concha was a real highlight for us. It is lovely. The check in process was easy and the communication from Miren was brilliant!!!! “Appartement très propre et calme. La terrasse est un vrai plus pour un logement en ville. Le fait qu'il soit traversant permet qu'il soit toujours frais malgré la chaleur extérieure (pas besoin de la clim, en tout cas pendant notre séjour). La literie est très confortable et propre. Le quartier très commerçant, pas besoin de voiture tout peu se faire à pied ou en bus. Quand à Begoña, toujours disponible pour répondre aux questions,rapidement et de manière sympathique.”

“The flat worked very well as a base for exploring Santiago on foot-it's about a 15-minute walk to the cathedral (longer the first time until you learn the way!). "A disappointing experience - written by my husband who was the one who stays at this hotel Spent a night in the Artist Gran hotel of Arts on my way back from the Camino de Santiago. I do not know if it was because of my backpack and casual pilgrim dressing but from the start, the service was a bit arrogant. I booked a room with queen size bed (indicating preference on high floor), but was given a DOUBLE bed for 3rd floor. As for the view, Smart Inner View means facing the window of your neighbor (welcome back to the dormitory in the Albergue!). An experience certainly not to be repeated. Get yourself an hotel with better service. You deserve better!"
