The town center is 100 meters from the apartment, while the wonderful Spiaggiola is only 700 meters away. Description: first floor of a building. Completely renovated and tastefully furnished. Large living room with double sofa bed and dining table - separate kitchen with dishwasher - master bedroom with double bed - second bedroom with two single beds - bathroom with shower and washing machine - shared garden. The house has a wonderful sea view from each of the bedrooms. Air conditioning. A pass is available to park in the blue lines of the municipality of Numana. Pets are not allowed.
