It was very clean ! The service was great ! Loved that the hotel has a group of students from macedonia working there for the summer! What a nice way to introduce them to the hospitality industry!

Found several roaches in my room. Bathroom was not cleaned properly. Cleaning staff just changes sheets, sweep and vacuum. Pool was overfilled with chlorine. Beach property was nice. Limited umbrellas and chairs.

Perfect place for a family getaway. Too many ants and flies in room. I had ants crawling on me and all over the floor in the bedroom, living room and bathroom. Also my first night there the fire alarms when off from 10pm-3am very annoying. However they did give a $200 resort credit that’s was hard to spend due to the lack of restaurants onsite I was able to spend $100 of it. I would not be staying again due to me complaining about the bugs and no one came to exterminate the room. Also they don’t answer the phones when you call you have to walk to the front desk to ask questions. Additionally, if you like a beautiful ocean front that was nice I was in room 201 you can hear the loud AC outside the door.

Came here for a long weekend at the beach. The hotel itself is nice if you don’t look too closely at the half assed renovations. Crooked outlets, stove not installed properly and hole in bathroom ceiling. Also not to mention the fire alarm went off multiple times during our stay, one time being at 4 am and wasn’t turned off for an hour. Then to be told “they don’t know how to fix the malfunction”.
