Perfect Stay
This was a last minute trip OIB and this place was absolutely perfect for our short stay! The description was exactly as listed. Extremely comfortable king size bed for my husband and I. My six year old son slept on the couch in his “own room.” We enjoyed the pool for a bit after a day at the beach. The beach was a very short walk. I say “very short” because my 6 year old never complained of the walk. So many family friendly activities located within walking distance and that was very important to us, due to our short stay. I would highly recommend staying here. We will be sure to save it for future trips!

Compact and convenient
Nice and compact accommodations for extended weekend stay at Ocean Isle Beach. Convenient to dining, entertainment and beach activities. All common amenities except kitchen for meals. Microwave and small refrigerator only. Quiet location. I’d stay here again.

Great location!
Perfect location for walking to the OIB Pier, Putt-Putt, restaurants and the ice cream/Italian Ice shops. We had family staying in another unit at The Causeway, so this was perfect for us for a short weekend get-a-way!

Ok but further from the beach than expected
The place was nice and clean. The bed was comfortable. It was allot further from the beach than I had expected. We had to drive to the beach. The description said close to everything. I don’t agree with that. The only thing that is provided is coffee pot and 2 mugs. In talking to other guests, other rooms provide more at a similar price. This was my first time to ocean isle. I like the town and beach.

Great for couple weekend getaway!
We loved our stay here, the description is very accurate, the owners were responsive and kind. Would recommend for a couples weekend getaway. Only feedback is for people who like for it to be dark and cool while sleeping- black out curtains on the two big windows would have been better. It was too bright to leave the inside blinds/door open but that blocked a lot of the airflow. Otherwise, this was a great place to stay for our anniversary weekend away!

Super cute condo in the perfect part of town close to just about everything! Monique the condo owner is super helpful and was very responsive to my questions! I would just bring a fan if you like to sleep in a meat locker like my husband does lol other than it was great!

Lovely little efficiency
Well re-decorated efficiency. Small bedroom With a very comfortable king bed. Small living room with a sleeper sofa. Short walk to the beach, pier, several restaurants. This is an older motel and each room has been sold and it now operates like small efficiencies. There is a small pool which we very much enjoyed. There is a mini fridge and a coffee maker. Very cute. And very comfortable for a short stay or for a longer stay for two. We’d definitely stay again.

Nice place at OIB
This was a nice place for my wife and I to stay while at Ocean Isle. It was perfect for just her and I (size wise); probably too small for comfort with +2. It was very close to the main attractions at OIB, which has pros and cons; nice to walk everywhere but traffic was constant. There was sand in the bed when we arrived, but luckily there was a vacuum in the closet that we used to clean up. We reached out to the property manager about it and they were very quick to respond; stated that it's tough to find good cleaners these days which is understandable. Overall, for the price it's nice.

Walking distance to all the great spots!
This place is right in the middle of it all… we could walk to Ocean Isle Fishing Co, Sharkys, 59 Causeway Bagels, Jink Creek (right next door & the tiki deck has the best sunset views!!), the park across the street (Band of Oz played Fri 7/8/22!!!), putt putt golf, the Ocean Isle Pier/diner/arcade and the Creamery right next door!! We spent 3 days on the beach at the NE end which is near the Shallotte Inlet & the waves aren’t too big for the lil ones. Overall, Great place for our small family of 4 (2 adults, 7yo & 4yo). Looking forward to our return visit! I think we would definitely rent a golf cart next time.. that seemed to be a popular this to do & there are lots of cart rental companies from the names on the carts. But like I said, this location… you really don’t need a cart. Bicycles and walking was fine for us.

This place met all our needs, the rooms were large enough to accommodate everyone. The bunkbed room was awesome for our kids. The kitchen was even better than advertised, the double fridge was a huge surprise and much needed. The pool area was large enough for all to enjoy and not be "cramped". The adjacent community pool was a big hit as well. We will definitely book Vitamin Sea in the future

Room was exactly as described and clean. The short walk to the beach (Pier) was easy to manage. We love OIB and this room was a great getaway for a couple days, and much more affordable than renting a house. The kids loved that the park was right across the street.

WiFi Struggles
It was the perfect get away for my husband and I. The WiFi there wasnt the best, but it was okay for what it was. (If you are a gamer, just be warned!) The bed was super comfy and the shower was nice! The TV's were perfect size and the black our curtains were a plus! (We like it dark!) The air flow to the bedroom is a little stagnant. It was warm, but after taking a shower before bed made it cooler. Overall, it was a wonderful time!

Disappointment with site.
This property listed as to have beach access, common area and pool. Upon arrival we couldn't believe this place. It was a run down old motel. There ws no beach access. The common area was a carport with cars driving around it and through the alley next to it. The pool was next to a dumpster that was full. The beach was 3 to 4 blocks away. I tried to contact VRBO with no success. Our "condo" was a room on the second floor of this rundown motel. My husband and I didn't feel comfortable staying after looking at the property. This left us no place to stay. Thankfully another site was able to find us accommodations that actually wa as listed.
