The room was very nice, the spa was excellent, the pools were awesome, the only drawback I can think of is around the maid service. We couldn’t get any washcloths and they did not change the bed sheets. Even when we took the sheets off the bed and threw them on the floor they just put the same old dirty sheets back on the bed. That’s the only thing I wasn’t happy about. Otherwise I highly recommend it. It was a lovely stay.

Super clean room, probably one of the best rooms I have ever stayed in. Also the assistant manager Bryant was the nicest person ever. He helped us at check in and made us feel special by talking to us and being so friendly. I will definitely be staying here again. No need to look for another hotel when I’m staying in Milwaukee because of this place.
