The hotel didn’t have a microwave or fridge. I asked them to clean the room and please restock towels, being I was with my two lil ones.they did not.it was hot in the room even tho the air conditioner was on.

Your property on the hole is not bad. It needs updating and each room should have a little refrigerator and a microwave. That would help with a lot of the matters that I ran into when I wanted to nibble on something late at night. Thank you again

Our bathroom trash can had chewed gum and the gum wrapper in it. It either didn't get changed out or the cleaning person put the trash in it after they had serviced it.

The rooms dont come with a fridge. The first room had a water leak and second had no AC. Terrible experience, I booked a different hotel after the second room, i will never consider Sonesta again.

The staff was outstanding. Very accommodating and kind. I felt that the property was very dated. I the walls had stains, furniture had stains and was pretty beat up from use. I think that this property has potential. The staff makes the difference. If the hotel was updated everything would be outstanding.

We came for a single night to see a Brewers game and were more than impressed with most aspects of this hotel. It’s in a quiet, safe area with lots of parking. The staff were very kind and professional, the rooms were clean and the beds were SO comfortable. Seriously maybe the comfiest hotel bed I’ve ever slept in! Even the pillows were great! The bathroom was a little outdated but it served its purpose. They have a snack area where you can purchase basic snacks 24 hrs a day and a restaurant that we didn’t get to check out but the breakfast buffet seemed like a good deal at around $12 a person. Quite literally the only thing to fuss about was that the Keurig coffeemaker in our room was on the fritz and didn’t warm up the water prior to brewing. All in all, the Sonesta is an excellent hotel with incredibly reasonable rates. It will definitely be our go to hotel in Milwaukee now!

It’s all about the people! The front desk staff was very unacceptable. When we checked in, we were asked if we would like housekeeping service and we requested yes for both nights. After the first night, we left the room mid morning and returned mid afternoon and our room was not yet serviced. When contacting the front desk, we were told it was too late and we needed to let them know earlier. The front desk was very rude and suggested it was our fault. When checking out after the second night, both clerks at the front desk were on the phone and paid no attention to us. Eventually one of them hung up their phone, grab the sandwich from behind them, and proceeded to eat the sandwich while asking us if he could help us. Never asked how our stay was. Bevrr “thank you for staying with us”. Simply grabbed the key and went back to eating his sandwich. Will never again stay at a Sonesta hotel.
