"Awesome experiance, check in smooth, great communication, clean. Nice deck, used often, could view the kids playing on playground. Kids enjoyed pool. Cooked breakfast daily, would be easier with non stick fry pan, but overall great relaxi g experience. "

"There is only A/C in the kitchen, living room, and one bedroom (barely). Two of the bedrooms were unusable because they were too hot. Communication was terrible. Emails went unanswered. Inconsistencies in listing, automatic message after booking, and information provided by host upon arrival. There was no way to use the TVs when we arrived (host did order in a remote after I called - with wrong batteries of course). No wifi password listed. I had to call for that as well.
