I really wish i could leave a better review but i have to say for the ampunt of money i paid i was seriously disappointed. First, the door to our balcony was broken could easily be repaired. Second, the corner of the bed was broken down and was very uncomfortable to sleep in. Third, the carpet was extremely stained and smeeled like pet urine. Fourth, there was a roach in the bathtub. Fifth, the drain in the tub was very slow to drain. I showered with 4 inches at least of water in the bottom of the tub. Wasnt pleasant at all. This was our first visit to the Radisson hotel and more than likely will be our last. If you would like any further information dont hesitate to give me a call. I was in room 1428 on july 25th. Thanks

Simply, dont text me after I arive for two nights that youy will not be servicing my room. I sent you a text that I expected it cleaned, no response. Later I was texted how my stay was going, I advised not good as my room was not serviced. Was advised that I would get a call from the front desk... no call... no room cleaning... The property is run down. The views are increadible. I just think this place needs a major overhaul or its seen its last few years.

Stayed for a night with my family of 4. Beautiful view of the Cincinnati riverfront. Rotating restaurant at the top has great views and I was able to sneak in a romantic getaway with my wife while the kids played in the bedroom! Staff was very friendly. The girls loved the pool. Very reasonably priced and I am overall very happy to have stayed there.

This property needs to be updated especially there restroom the pictures on the website doesn't match the rooms everything was false advertisement! It was an uncomfortable stay nothing was like online.

The staff was great! Very helpful and quick to get us into the room and check-out was a breeze. The view was nice of downtown Cincinnati. The room was ok but had a variety of small issues. There was a hole in the blanket, the spare pillows didn’t have pillow cases and were staining as old pillows do which wouldn’t be noticeable if there were pillow cases. The sink had a crack in it, the shower drain was very slow so by the time I finished a brief shower, the bathtub was half way full of water which we notified to the front desk. I’m glad for the room at a reasonable price but I do feel it’s helpful to inform future guests so they have accurate expectations. For what it’s worth, I would go back at the price I paid.

Spent two nights here. The only complaint I have is there wasn’t any place to sit in the room. Usually you have a table and a nice chair. All our room had was the “desk” and an office type chair. The place was clean and the water pressure in the shower was great.

While the front desk workers were great, we were shocked to find our room was in very rough condition. There was mold in our bathroom above the toilet, which was quite shocking. The room was pretty mediocre with rust on the lamps. Overall it was a pretty uncomfortable stay. Unfortunately we notice most of these things very late when we were just there to sleep and had plans to leave early to get to other plans. Definitely not as nice as the photos depict. We were hoping for a romantic getaway and instead had mold. Also even though you pay for the room in advance they put a $50 hold on your card without explanation from which they will take a parking fee.

The property had beautiful views of Cincinnati and is a very unique property as the building round. The staff were nice at the front desk. The only thing I would have to say was not okay was the fact that there was a baby roach crawling behind the toilet. The toilet seat in our room was broken and the sink was stomped up at first.

I stayed here because, I always see this property when I travel to Cincinnati and the two places I normally stay was sold out. This was a older property which was ok the view from the 15 floor was amazing my only suggestion would be to replace the room carpets it was a little musty odor and stained but the room was very spacious and comfy beds and pillows.
