The hotel met the needs of the trip. The staff was accommodating in the ways that they could be— they ran out of blankets which was frustrating because the vents never cut off. And. The young lady from housekeeping took over two hours to clean the room next to mine and spent the entire time with her cousin on speaker phone talking extremely loud. I was also disappointed that the curtains did not close at all, so in the morning it was extremely bright and preventative of sleeping in. Also. You can heat upstairs and outside. If you’re a light sleeper this may not be the facility for you.

The room was dirty. The carpet was well outdated stinky and brown. There was some sort of bug on one of the beds so of course we checked all of the bedding and mattresses only to find nasty brown spots between both box springs and covers. No bugs thankfully. The tv was outdated as well. The indoor pool was supposed to be the highlight of this stay but it was unbearably cold and far from relaxing. They could have possibly made up for that by having a hot tub to enjoy but they didn’t have one. Check in/out wasn’t pleasant either. Checking in having questions seemed to be a bother to staff. At checkout there was one man who was part of the USS Rich group (Navy) in front of me trying to get his bill yet I was there 30 mins. Simply because the woman working the desk was extremely overwhelmed by an apparent dissatisfied customer on the phone, being distracted she handed the Veteran in front of me 4 different bills that were not his. She wasn’t talking to him at all or asking questions only handing him a bunch of bills that were not his. Speaking to him directly only to argue with the man telling him the bill she was giving him was correct. 3 different times he was told it was his bill when it clearly was not. She paid absolutely no attention to what he was saying to her or the fact that he had laid his room key down with his room number on it to help her out attempting to not interrupt her on the phone. It was disrespectful and disturbing to watch. A very unpleasant stay.

I stayed here for 2 nts. When I got home Radisson had charged a huge fee accused me of smoking in the room and needing extra cleaning done. I HAVE NEVER SMOKED. This room was in mint condition when I left. This hotel is running a scam. Manager never returned any of my calls. DO NOT STAY HERE

Unfortunately my son woke up with a bed bug biting his arm. This was a real shock. And now after reading other online reviews about this hotel it seems this is a known problem.

The staff were wonderful people and super easy to talk to and work with. Along with the staff working the revolving restaurant were great! The room however was unfortunately dirty. The main table/countertop along with parts of the bathroom were definitely not cleaned. The sliding glass door had a bunch of finger prints/hand prints and smudges all over the glass.

The room were clean, the water was hot,it was near restaurants and gas stations. The internet was not the best. I never knew anything about breakfast wasn't informed at all about it upon check-in. The sink did not drain in the room and the housekeepers never asked if I need new towels or my trash dumped.But over all it was ok
