“After traveling all day we got to the Hillcrest only to find out they did not have all of our rooms. They tried to get us to share the room they had. No phone call to let us know ahead of time. No help in finding us another room. Their thought was that I reserved 4 rooms and they only had 3, that I should still take the 3 rooms because I reserved them. We ended up at going back north to a hotel we passed 30 miles before. Very unhappy that Expedia would even list this property.”

“Well after checking in, my wife went to use the bathroom and someone had left a gift in the toilet. After about 5 flushes I was able to get it resolved! One area as we walked by had a very strong odor of marijuana in use but it comes with the territory of such a cheap room. As we tried checking in, a local visitor to the hotel was standing in the way, talking to the lady at the front desk about personal things. Basically telling her to stay away from a group of people or she was going to end……
