"Breakfast wasn’t the best, very limited"

"the room had a smell to it. the bathroom was handicap accessible which is fine but the hand held shower made a mess all over the floor, there was no ventilation fan in the bathroom, the counter was very small and this is where the coffee maker was put making no counter space at all, no dish for the soap, the bed was ok. lumpy. i didn’t want to walk on the carpet without socks and they were filthy after walking around on it. the staff was nice but the room was not great. i would rather spend a little more money for a nicer room and experience in the future. "

Cleanliness was another area that could use improvement. The room and some common areas didn’t feel as well-maintained as I would have hoped, and it took away from the overall comfort of the stay. The amenities were also underwhelming, either lacking or not up to the standard typically expected. That said, one highlight was definitely the breakfast. There was a good variety of options, and everything tasted fresh and well-prepared. It was easily the best part of the stay and something the hotel seems to do very well."
