This really was a beautiful place!

My family of 4 really enjoyed staying here. It was exactly as advertised but so much more beautiful in person! We were very comfortable. You just can't get a better location than this place!

Big beautiful condo!

Place was plenty spacious for us and our adult children. Plenty of extras available if needed. The decor was spot on. And I absolutely loved the deck! I was out there a lot! Very easy and quick to the beach and pier. We all had a great comfortable and relaxing weekend.

Couldn't ask for a better place to stay. Location was perfect. Right in walking distance to all attractions and beach access was great. Watched fireworks right off our balcony. Was great to have morning coffee on the balcony. Very clean and would stay again.

100% best vacation

This was amazing! Right from check in & a sweet gift bag! The condo was impeccable, spacious, decor was perfectly beachy. The view from the balcony had it all, including live music playing below most days/nights but not too loud. Spectacular view of the fireworks and ocean just steps away. Nice indoor pool. (Only draw back is unattended children at the pool, but that is not this owners fault) we already want to book for our next vacation! I seriously wish I could live there! Thank you SO SO much! My Dad (80 years old) said it was his best vacation yet!!!! That means the world to me!

Wonderful place to stay

My husband and I stayed here for our 7th anniversary. The kitchen was a dream and had absolutely everything we could have ever needed. The beds were very comfortable. Loved the location, we hardly had to leave to go anywhere. Check-in and check out was easy, as this was our first time using VRBO I was a little nervous, but no issues. Host even left us a goodie bag which was to thoughtful and appreciated. Look forward to stay here again someday.

Nous avons aimé les condos modernes,propre et surtout tres bien situés Le WIFI est tres efficace et les condos manquaient presque de rien Aussi nous avions droit a stationner deux autos sur place et une dans une aire plus éloignée Mais suite a notre demande,Ryan nous a trouvé un stationnement pour la troisième auto sur le site Merci

Old Orchard Beach - June 29 - July 3

Couldn’t be happier with the property, it was even nicer than the photographs led us to believe. The beach is literally directly behind the property and it is right in the middle of everything at Old Orchard Beach. This will likely become an annual destination for us. Now if the weather would have just cooperated….

Nous avons adoré notre séjour. Le condo est propre, grand et accueillant. Près des principales attractions et de la plage. Nous n'hésiterons pas à y retourner. Un bémol par contre. Il n'y avait pas de réserve de papier hygiénique, de sacs à poubelle et de savon liquide pour la vaisselle. Ces items aideraient dans le maitien de la propreté du condo.

Grand Victorian unit 308

Very clean and spacious! Great location! Beautiful ocean view. In the heart of activity and at the foot of the pier. Well equipped with kitchen essentials. Nicely furnished and decorated. Comfortable beds. Sliders keep the outside noise down, blinds block morning light. Friendly, local owner communicates well, very responsive. Lovely and thoughtful welcome gift was waiting for us. Read the welcome information packet. It explains locking the sliders. We didn’t read it right away. We will return!

Great place would stay again, but...

The place we stayed in was beautiful. Great location, spacious and perfect for my family. When we arrived after the 4 PM check in time, we didn't receive keys immediately, didn't have the usual welcome package prepared as in previous stays, the dishwasher and washer dryer were still running when we entered the room. The beds were not fully made. The ice maker in the fridge constantly got stuck and wouldn't produce ice and it took the fridge almost a full night to get to normal temperature. Small nuances we dealt with but sometimes it's the small things the matter. We would hope for a better start to our stay the next time we visit. Thank you.

Not what we were expecting.

The photos of the unit are accurate, and the unit was very nice. No problem there at all. What we didn't realize, was that the condo balcony hangs over the amusement park and the stage. It was Salvation Army Week and the noise was intolerable for us. The pool was dirty and the beach entrance was littered with cigarette butts. We could not smell the salt air due to the smell of funnel cakes, french fries and you name it fried wafting up to our balcony. Unfortunately, we were unable to stay and left after the first night and lost most of our payment.

Relaxing week in a beautiful condo.

Three generations of family in one location. We had a very nice stay and enjoyed the week thoroughly. Condo was beautiful and views were gorgeous. Would definitely stay there again. thank you for a great week.

Great week at the beach!

Spent the week of July 4th at this condo with family & friends. We had a great week with great weather. The condo was very well appointed, very clean, and in the best location. We loved sitting on our huge deck and watching all the action below. The fireworks from the balcony were amazing! No obstructions and no dealing with the large crowd of people. Cooked allot of our meals in the well appointed kitchen. Lots of restaurants nearby to walk to! Had to pay for extra parking when my daughters visited, that is the only draw back. Only one parking spot at the condo. Off sight parking for any additional cars. But we were able to pay for the additional cars and did not have to worry about a parking spot. The beds were very comfortable. We would definitely stay here again!

Beautiful unit and excellent service! Our experience was everything we were hoping for!

Valet service when we arrived was a wonderful surprise. The unit is beautifully decorated and has all the comforts of home...and then some! Never a dull moment on the deck - lots to see and hear. You're definitely in the middle of all the OOB action which our kids loved! Highly recommend the Grand Victorian and this unit for a fun family vacation that has something for everyone!
