“The bed mattress sucks! Very thin and hard, especially for older people. They do not clean the rooms everyday of your stay! Not what I expected from a Hilton Inn.”

“The Inn at Warner Hall is a fantastically restored piece of history. The inn is in great condition and beautifully done. The property grounds look great and includes a 1-mile walking path with river views. The friendly staff and great breakfast only add to a wonderful stay.”

“Great central location for exploring the area and restaurants. Walked to the Maritime Museum and through its educational trail. Deltaville Tap room and Raw Bar close by. House is very clean and comfortable.”

“We loved the 1920’s feeling to the home. The cleanliness and quiet location were exactly what we were looking for. We were just a block from the historical center and took advantage of the shops and eateries. We would definitely stay here afain”

“Keep away of it. This property is not livable. I've booked non-smoking room but found smoke and mold smell everywhere and you can not get rid of it for a long time after spending even 15 minutes in the room. It's a kingdom of pests like cockroaches and some other I was not able to identify; they're everywhere on walls, table, furniture, curtains.... Water in toilet is dirty, green-yellowish and even flush does not change its color. Finally I had to leave this place in 15 minutes even it was……

“We stayed here with our 3 kids and had a wonderful time. The condo is just a block from all of the shops, restaurants, and ice cream parlors located on the Main Street in the town. And then it is very easy to walk just a few minutes to the beach. Check in process was great and communication with the host was prompt and helpful. We appreciate being able to check in early and drop off our stuff before we headed to the beach on our first day. The condo itself was spacious and perfect for our……

“We have extremely lovely stay and would highly recommend it. Its extremely close to the downtown area, an easy walk to a bunch of the restaurants and stores. The space was perfect for us and was very kid friendly.Hosts were extremely responsive and even immediately brought over a new baby gate when we let the know that it was missing.Highly recommend Casa Fresa and Cape Charles as perfect family escape.”

“Checking in to a typical beach house you feel like you have a place to stay for the week, but that’s about it. This is NOT that place. From the second I unlocked the door I felt like I was at home. The decor, the small touches of personalization, the welcome guide, and all the extras made this feel like a home away from home for the week. My kids loved the upstairs loft living room space and bikes in the garage. The adults had plenty of space to relax and really enjoy the vacation. Everyone was……

“Clean, bright, cute house! Beds were comfortable and AC was great. Great location in short walking distance to beach, restaurants and shopping. Host Chip was very quick to send details, check in on trip and offer any help. 5 star house and host! Thank you Chip and family.”
