“We loved our stay at Poplar Point. It’s located in a gated community with a golf course and restaurant, Copper’s that we went to one night. The villa/townhouse has a wonderful view of the lake that we took full advantage of for morning coffee and later cocktails So peaceful! I didn’t want to leave! We stayed here the weekend we moved our daughter out of her dorm at AU. It’s about a 40 minute drive to Auburn. The beds are comfy and the kitchen has what you need for a weekend stay. The neighbors……

“Nice property within walking distance of daughter’s home. One King, one queen bed setup. Place was clean and easily accessible. Appliances were in good shape and functional.”

“Everything was nice and clean ,beds were comfortable. Very nice view of the lake. Kitchen well stocked. We were surprised by the amount of stairs. None of the pictures show stairs . I don’t believe it’s mentioned in the description. Youngest of our group was 71. The 78 and 81 year old have both experienced falls. Should make that more apparent in the description and pictures.”

“My Mother and I enjoyed the house, conveniently close to a publix, and a fair distance to the places we wanted to visit such as Calloway Gardens, Providence Canyon State Park and Pine Mountain Safari about 30 to 45 minutes. Only 2 little things that we noticed but didnt ruin our time here, there is a lack of cooking utensils such as a serving spoon we had soup and chili for dinners, and it is a older house that looks like it can use a little work, mostly in the bathroom. “Ours was a last minute booking, but despite that, the host was quick to respond such that we didn't have to worry about a thing. That means a lot, during a whirlwind short visit to the area.”

“This is an adorable little place . We were not expecting it to be so small, but it was fine for what we needed. The shower was tough as it was very low ceilings and the upstairs loft small Kids could crawl only - I wouldn’t have my grown kids stay there - but again, for the short time we stayed, it was clean, had what we needed and very cute!”

“Updated property in a comfortable, quiet location. Screened porch is great, nice sized yard, lots of windows provide lots of natural light. Found everything I needed in the kitchen. Communication with the owner was quick, easy, and always friendly.”
