"I loved it here. The house has 3 rooms, each with their own dedicated shower room and shared living space. French doors open onto a terraced area and large fully secure garden. Owner lives in another house just a few feet away. Owner was really helpful and friendly, (as were her dogs - friendly, that is). Plenty of kitchen utensils etc. to cook for yourself, and even rags by the door to clean off the dog after it's been running around the garden living it's best life. The bedroom was lovely and...

"We stayed there as a stopover on a longer trip. The hosts were excellent. There were some cobwebs in the bathroom which put me off a little. Breakfast was good, even though there wasn't a great choice for some travelers. Everything was homemade and tasted lovely We would definitely stay there again. "

"There were 10 of us. Dining area was large and accommodating. Lounge area only had enough seating for 7. Not enough lounges and cushions in the garden area. Indoor pool was the most used area, great for the kids. Very quiet and peaceful."

"This is in a retirement complex within walking distance (1km) of the centre of Lisieux. The room we had was good, with a kitchen with Hob and microwave and a dining area. At the weekend the access to the building is by key code and the reception is not manned all the time. Very quiet. The set up seems quite surreal, but actually works well."
