We believe this is one of the best located condos at Vista Cay; Top floor, lake and park view, located directly by the main pool area at Vista Cay. With three bedrooms, two bathroom, you have all the space you need for a great stay. Why stay in a crowded hotel when you can be in a spacious condo ?

Vista Cay is very centrally located in Orlando between Universal Blvd and I-Drive. (so not Kissimmee). We have everything within 5 to 15 minutes drive : Disney, Universal, Sea World, Waterparks, the airport, outlet malls and malls and golf courses. Several restaurants at Vista Cay, and even more at I-Drive less than a mile away. Convention or event at Orange County Convention Center? OCCC is just 0.5 Mile away from Vista Cay.

Paved walkway around Lake Cay, nice for jogging or a relaxing walk.

Many restaurants on the resort (2xPizza restaurants, Burger Bar, The Diner, Venezuelan, Dunkin Donuts, Subway, a café and cupcake bakery). Large Publix supermarket.

Great vacation spot
This condo is in a beautiful resort community close to everything. The condo was super clean and very spacious. There is plenty of parking and a great pool. The hosts were very easy to communicate with and check in and leaving were quick and easy. It was also very affordable and will be the first place I try to book the next time I’m in town.

Heads up, the air conditioning cannot be out below 72 degrees or the unit will freeze- this is the first thing we saw. Perhaps you should add that to the listing because it gets quite warm in the unit, facing north. Other than that, the place was clean, beautiful property, very nice staff, plenty of parking. I would book again, just bringing a fan in tow.

Property was conveniently located to the Universal theme parks. Plenty of stores and restaurants near by so we didn't have to go far. Pool was nice and clean. Our bartender Adam did a great job with our drinks as well! Our condo was perfect for our family. Beds were super comfortable! Couldn't ask for anything better!

My daughter had a volleyball tournament at the convention center. This was within walking distance to the center. Also was really close to the pool. Within walking distance to Publix, pizza, ice cream, and some other restaurants. Very clean and had everything needed for a great trip!! Definitely would stay here again.
