Welcome to Vino Blanc Cottage ! We have enjoyed hosting our friends and family at our Parkview Bay guest vacation rental (Rustic Charm)over the last few years, however we wanted to offer our guests a different atmosphere. We searched for some time to find the perfect cottage, and we finally found the one!!!This will be available to rent Beginning April 1, 2020. We are so excited to be able to share our new property with our friends and families again. Our cottage is located at the 3 mile marker and near the popular Boathouse Grill and Bar. Village Marina is located directly next to the restaurant and offers a variety of boat rentals. Our private dock has a slip that is 12x30 ft. and we also have a PWC slip. Our cottage is a bit more private and will allow families and friends to experience a more tranquil, peaceful lake vacation. Guests will also notice that both of our properties are meticulously decorated to create an ambience that will make our friends feel at home. We are only 15 minutes from grocery stores, outlet shopping and many restaurants. Bagnell Dam strip is 10 minutes from the cottage and that are offers lots of tourist shopping, Restaurants and lots of nightlife.
As we continue to create and perfect our new vacation rental, new photos will continually be added. Keep checking back !!

Everything about the house was perfect for our group. House was clean and nicely decorated. Deck and dock set up were perfect for entertaining. Would rent again.

Beautiful cottage with perfect dock!
This cottage was wonderful! We were a group of 11 friends that wanted a long weekend getaway at the lake and this place was absolutely perfect! Adriana was very communicative and simply wonderful to work with. The dock was perfect for swimming off of, laying out, and holding our rental boat. We had a wonderful time staying here and would definitely do it again!

Amazing Lakeside Cottage!
This cottage is decorated beautifully!! We rented this cottage for a bachelorette weekend getaway, it was a perfect place for us!! The owner left a few goodies for us!! The deck had a beautiful few of the lake! I would highly recommend this cottage!

A gorgeous cottage with a perfect lakeside location!
The cottage was decorated beautifully, was clean, and smelled great. Everyone in our group loved it! Our favorite part was the flower-filled deck overlooking the lake. The owner left some little gifts and decorations for the bride-to-be, which was so thoughtful. I highly recommend this place!
