Welcome to Rustic Waters Retreat! This 3-bedroom, 2-bathroom condo has been renovated with both comfort and style in mind! This complex features three pools, a lakeside swimming pool and the convenience of elevator access. If you’re here to unwind by the water, explore the local attractions, or enjoy a peaceful retreat, this is the perfect place to make memories. It sits on the 2 mile marker of the Grand Glaize arm. Only a 10 minute drive to the popular Bagnell Dam Strip. Kitchen and Dining Area The kitchen area is fully equipped with stainless steel appliances, a spacious breakfast bar that seats four, and a wet bar, making it perfect for cooking, dining, and entertaining during your stay. The dining area features a wood top table with seating for seven. Living Room The living area features a couch with a queen size sofa bed, a loveseat with twin size sofa bed, a flat screen TV mounted above the electric fireplace, and sliding glass doors that lead to the lakefront balcony with stunning views of the water. Master The master bedroom features a king-sized bed, dresser, nightstands, flat screen TV, and sliding glass doors that open to the balcony for the perfect lake view from your suite. There is an attached master bathroom with double vanity sinks and a walk-in shower. Bedroom 2 Bedroom two features a queen-sized bed, nightstands, closet, and a flat screen TV. Bathroom 2 The second bathroom features a single vanity sink and a shower/tub combo. Bedroom 3 Bedroom three features a queen-sized bed, nightstand, closet, and a flat screen TV. Outside Outside on the screened in lakefront balcony you will find an electric grill, ceiling fans for those summer nights and two tables with enough seating for the whole group. Neighborhood Description This condominium complex is located in the heart of Osage Beach at the 2MM of the Gland Glaize Arm. Located close to the Osage Beach Outlets, Dirty Duck Boat Rentals, Pappos Pizza, Wobble Boots, Tire Biters, and more! \*\*No trailer parking at this complex. To abide by all legal requirements and building security rules, you will be asked to provide a copy of your official government-issued photo ID, confirm your contact information, provide a valid credit card with a name that matches your ID, pass through our verification portal and, in some instances, complete a criminal background check. Important note: The information is collected for screening and verification only and is not stored or used for any other purposes. Please be advised that you will be asked to sign a rental usage agreement that governs the terms of the stay. You will also be required to pay a refundable damage deposit of $250 before check-in. Beautiful Condo! We stayed for a baseball World Series with our family of five plus my MIL. The condo was beautifully decorated, had a beautiful view of the lake, very peaceful. It was just like the pictures and I would highly recommend this place to anyone staying in Osage Beach! Our boys fished off the bank right outside of the condo and we could watch them from the balcony!
