“I've stayed here many times, and this time it was truly disappointing...
their internet had always been slow... but at least it's free and available...
on this trip, I only discovered that the hotel's internet is down after I checked in... had I known, I would've moved to another hotel. And when inquired about a refund, they said their internet is ok, the fault is the service providers, thus no refund or compensation will be offered...”

“Conveniently located to restaurants and shopping. The front desk are friendly and accommodating.What I didn’t like is we waited longtime for our rooms to be ready and the property needs some renovations , the wifi was not working , they should work on the cleanliness of the property as well , I’ve seen a cockroach crawling , I have to exterminate myself . Also , they charge extra fee for extra pillows and even towels ???!! I have to checkout the next day instead of extending my stay .”
