Ottima esperienza

Casa nuova, pulita e accessoriata di ogni comfort, letti comodi; proprietario disponibile per ogni necessità ma mai invadente. Posizione ottima per visitare le più belle spiagge della zona. Presenti ottimi servizi e negozi nelle vicinanze anche senza usare l'auto. La casa è ben ventilata, nonostante il caldo non è stato necessario accendere l'aria condizionata. Bellissimo il patio attrezzato antistante dall'appartamento dove abbiamo cenato frescheggiando all'aperto. Sicuramente da consigliare.

Lovely holiday. Only niggle was our delayed flight on the way out. First time in Puglia : )

Clean, spacious, well looked after. Our hosts Ylenia and Carlo were very nice and helpful. There was no broadband / WiFi but otherwise it was perfect and we were sad to leave.

Appartement propre et bien équipé, la climatisation indispensable cet été est dans le couloir et rafraichit peu la chambre 2, dont la porte doit rester ouverte pour en bénéficier. Attention aux photos de l'annonce, la mer est a quelques kilomètres, pas au bout de la rue. Dernier point, le wifi qui passe par la 4G est assez lent. Le supermarché dans la rue est tres accueillant et complet. En résumé appartement bien équipé dans une copropriété qui peut être bruyante, mais qui permet de rayonner dans le sud du pays qui est vraiment tres riche.

He lies about the most important thing: the location

The house is nice, it must be said. Not very clean, but not a disaster either.The internet is terrible; it doesn't work at all.There's only one very, very small and noisy air conditioner in a hallway, not in one bedroom, not in the other, not even in the living room or kitchen. As I said, it's in a hallway, so it doesn't cool at all. You feel hot inside the house and when you sleep.But the worst thing is the location. Not because the town is ugly or dangerous, not at all. The town is very pretty, called Casamassella, but it's located 1 hour and 20 minutes from the beach. The advertisement says the house is a 15-minute walk from Otranto beach and an 18-minute walk from Otranto Cathedral. It also says it's a 13-minute walk from Otranto Station. Three big lies. They also lie about the distances by car, but they're more subjective, so I won't dispute them.The owner responds; that's true, and check-in was quick. Likewise, I would never go back to, nor would I recommend anyone go to, a place where they blatantly lie.I've attached a screenshot where the lie appears.

Die Beschreibung der Wohnung entspricht nicht der Realität. Die Wohnung liegt nicht wie beschrieben und auf dem ungefähren Lageplan angezeigt in Otranto sondern etwas mehr als 6 Kilometer außerhalb in Casamassella, einem zugegeben netten kleinen Ort. Man braucht ein Auto um in den Ort oder an den Strand zu kommen, die Parkplätze sind durchweg gebührenpflichtig, dadurch sind uns zusätzliche Kosten entstanden. Es gibt weder einen Parkplatz auf dem Gelände, noch einen Garten mit Grill und Gartenmöbeln, W-LAN funktionierte die kompletten 2 Wochen unseres Aufenthaltes nicht. Das Boot und die Fahrräder haben wir auch nicht gesehen. Die Wohnung selbst ist in Ordnung und gut ausgestattet , entsprach aber auf Grund der Lage und der falschen Beschreibung nicht unseren Erwartungen.

soluzione ideale per scoperta del salento lontano dalla confusione delle località balneari

La soluzione in piccolo centro lontano dal rumore delle località balneari ma attrezzato per tutte le necessità (ristorante, bar, supermercato, farmacia, parcheggio davanti a appartamento) consente di godersi la vacanza in Salento. Le spiagge sono raggiungibili facilmente in 10-15 minuti di macchina come pure le città (Otranto ma anche Lecce stessa che merita una visita a soggiorna in Salento). L'appartamento è risultato ben accessoriato, curato, funzionale e arredato in modo molto accogliente; la presenza di 3 camere distinte (2 camere da letto+sala/soggiorno) con doppio bagno e resede esterna (porticato allestito per pranzo/cena) agevola molto la permanenza per gruppi di più persone. Host molto gentile e professionale. Consigliato come base per scoperta delle bellissime spiagge del Salento per coloro che hanno disponibilità auto per raggiungerle.

Disappointed - Apartment Not As Advertised

This apartment is on a quiet street in a quaint town where there's some lovely restaurants, an excellent cafe and a wonderful gelato bar but the property itself is not as advertised. We were met at the gate by Carlo's sister and handed the keys to his apartment; we were not given any instructions on how to use the appliances, etc. nor were there any written ones provided. There were no maps or documentation about the local area, sites, or restaurants provided. The apartment was very clean and the kitchen had ample pots, dishes, and cutlery. However, one of the toilets had a broken flusher, the adjustable shower head in the master bathroom was loose and wouldn't stay in position, a handle was missing from the cupboard in the child's bedroom and the electrical cover in the kitchen wasn't secured to the wall. THERE WAS NO INTERNET. We could not find any network in the complex and were forced to patronize a local cafe in order to access the internet. This property advertised internet but it is not suitable for anyone needing online communication with employers, airlines, etc. There is one queen-size bed in the master bedroom, a double-size pull-out sofa in the living room, and two child-sized beds in the second bedroom. This property advertises that it sleeps 8 but it is not even suitable for 4 adults. We had to contact Carlo for sheets to put on the pullout couch because only the master bedroom and one of the small child's beds had been made up. We had to request a tea towel. One dishwasher tablet was provided for our week-long stay, and the remains of a toilet roll was left in each bathroom. We had to purchase dish-washing liquid, toilet paper, and hand soap. There were no instructions regarding check-out.

La casa é bellissima e si trova in una posizione strategica per chi vuole godere la tranquillità del Salento ma a pochissimi minuti dal centro di Otranto. L'appartamento é attrezzato di tutto e non manca niente per fare una vacanza bellissima. I proprietari sono gentili e disponibili in qualsiasi momento. Esperienza splendida!!!

Bellissima vacanza

Appartamento nuovo, ben curato pulito e dotato di ogni confort. Per visitare le splendide spiagge e la città di Otranto è necessaria la macchina. Il paese è tranquillo e le persone sono molto cordiali. Consigliamo L'agriturismo Le Tagliate a Uggiano la Chiesa (OTTIMA QUALITA'/PREZZO).

"Casa molto bella, sia nella struttura che nell''arredamento. funzionale e dotata di tutti i comfort necessari. Anche se non affaccia sul mare, la stessa e situata in una zona dal quale si raggiungono facilmente delle spiagge meravigliose (alimini, frassanito, san foca, porto badiscu) e centri abitati (otranto, maglie). nelle immediate adiacenze, il centro abitato offre tutti i servizi necessari al soggiorno, supermercati, forno, tabacchi, bar, farmacie. IL Sig. Carlo è persona di rara gentilezzza, professionale e disponibile, per nulla invadente. Consiglio questa casa a tutti per codersi appieno il SAlento.!!!"

"Siamo stati ospiti dell''appartamento dall''11 al 18 agosto. Devo dire che la casa è davvero nuovissima. Eravamo 3 coppie, età media 25 anni, e ci siamo trovati magnificamente. Il doppio bagno è comodissimo. La casa in sè è fornita di tutti i comfort: tv, stereo mp3, microonde, forno, aria condizionata (anche se in realtà non arriva con successo a raffreddare tutta la casa, ma abbastanza superflua poichè con le finestre aperte c''è sempre un gradevole venticello che rinfresca tutte le stanze), lavatrice, lavastavoglie, ferro da stiro con asse, cassaforte, stenditoio, qualsiasi utensile da cucina, moka per il caffè, insomma davvero tutto ma proprio tutto. La casa ha suo un tocco di personalità, ed è arredata con gusto. Come da descrizione, il centro di otranto è a pochi km, una decina di minuti di auto circa. Perfetta per non stressarsi nel caos ferragostano di otranto città. Le spiagge stessa cosa. Tutte a pochi km e raggiungibili in poco tempo. Se proprio dovessi trovare un difetto, forse l''unica pecca potrebbe essere l''insonorizzazione non proprio perfetta. Spesso infatti la mattina presto ci ritrovavamo a sentire le persone che parlavano nell''appartamento antistante, ma questo non è una cosa ponderabile a priori, o da imputare ad un difetto dell''appartamento, quanto penso dipenda più dalla civiltà delle persone. Infine, Carlo ed Ilenia, sono molto disponibili, e cortesi, e già questo a mio dire è molto importante. Bhè, detto ciò, posso dirvi che l''annuncio è conforme alla realtà, quindi se è questo quello che cercate, andate pure sul sicuro."

"La casa è conforme alla descrizione. Appartamento grande e luminoso. Molto fresco anche se non si vuol utilizzare l''aria condizionata. Eravamo 5 ragazzi e ci siamo trovati veramente molto bene. Avere il doppio bagno è veramente comodo. Si raggiungono facilmente le spiaggie degli Alimini in 10min. Per i ragazzi consiglio di fare altri 5min di macchina e andare alle spiaggie di Torre dell''Orso. Il proprietario è molto gentile e ci ha accontentati in tutti i modi."

"Abbiamo soggiornato in questo appartamento la prima settimana di luglio 2012. Decisamente superiore alle nostre aspettative! Ogni cosa è curata nei minimi particolari, dagli accessori nei bagni ai quadri appesi alle pareti, alla cameretta dei bimbi, a tutto il contesto.
