“I stayed at this hotel for a few days and overall had a pleasant experience. The location is quite convenient, about a 30‑minute drive from Phuket International Airport. “me and my girlfriend stayed here for 1 night to go to the Phuket Elephant Sanctuary that’s quite close. we self checked in at 7pm. room was tidy and clean with awesome AC. The staff is very helpful and assisted us with anything she could (helps get taxi, answers all questions about area). would stay here again however the area surrounding is just some small quiet town with not a lot going on (however the locals are VERY friendly and we were easily able to hitchhike the 5 min drive to elephant……

"Title: Great family-friendly hotel with an amazing kids club! Rating: 4/5 We had a wonderful stay at the Phuket Marriott Merlin Beach Hotel. The hotel is great — very, very family-friendly, and the staff are super nice. We especially loved the kids club, which provides supervised activities for children aged 4 to 12. It gave us parents a few hours of free time to enjoy the spa and relax on our own. The food was good overall. We booked a half-board package that included one meal and four drinks per day, which was convenient. The only downside was the buffet at The Market — the food seemed quite stale, and there were flies flying around. Apart from the buffet, the other restaurant outlets served pretty good food. Despite that, we really liked the hotel and enjoyed our stay. Would still recommend it for families!"

"Building looks new renovated, feels good and whole area kept clean. Front desk staff are warm and willing to help. Have a small swimming pool on the roof with restaurant. Compared with the neighborhood, the breakfast is acceptable. Nice hotel if you need to stay one night before departure next morning!"
