They have one area for improvement: no wine glasses, no tea and no coffee in the room. Another problem is that I suspect their Wi-Fi is hacked. When I first made the reservation and communicated with them in March. I received a scammer message pretending the property asking me to provide identification information. “Gregorio is excellent host, always available, great communication and gave us great advice about the places to eat. The Gusta pizza was an excellent choice. One day we had to leave early in the morning, way before the breakfast hours, to take ferry to egadi islands. The staff was really nice, packed a take away breakfast, so we can take it with us on the trip.”

“The staff was amazing and very helpful. They moved our room after our first night because the people in the room above us were so loud we could hear everything. The rooms are nice but have some drawbacks: in order to have your windows open to get fresh air at night, the room is flooded with all the uplighting surrounding the hotel. “Beautiful setting, but disappointing service for a 4-star hotel. The hotel has a beautiful location, a stunning view over western Sicily and pleasant facilities. Unfortunately, the overall experience was far below what we expected from a 4-star property. We were told at reception that the tap water was not drinkable, but there was no clear warning in the bathroom or near the tap. Lo spazio esterno con la piscina è molto bello e ci sono numerosi spazi in cui potersi godere l'esterno. La colazione è molto ricca e varia, con buffet di pietanze dolci e salate e frutta di stagione. Torneremo sicuramente.”

“The place was cute and all worked well. Most of all, I arrived there to realize I had booked the wrong night (the one before). I was basically a no show for my actual booking. But they were so so kind and really tried all they could to honor my booking. Because the hotel was full they ultimately put us in a bigger room and we had to pay a 50$ difference but hey, they could have kindly ask for the price of the full night again! Really appreciated them not doing so. Thanks”

“This property has to be my favourite of all time- and I’ve travelled a lot! I was gutted we only had one night here! I would recommend coming by bike or car here. It has a bbq area, washing machine, pool, jacquzzi and fantastic bar! The staff are so helpful too.”
