The property is clean, and the staff is attentive and courteous. Onsite parking is available, which is very convenient for guests arriving by car. There are a few details that could be improved. The ice machine works, but it has an “out of order” sign on it. When I mentioned this at the front desk, I was told the sign is meant to keep children away, but in practice it discourages all guests from using it. Another small but noticeable issue is that the envelopes used for the room key cards are reused many times, to the point that they look quite worn. My running joke was that the hotel seems to have an emotional attachment to a piece of paper. Guests are also provided with only one key card, and there is a charge if it is lost.
