"Good location. The front house enjoys majority of amenities. It was unclear we would be sharing the property with other units and may have caught flack for other tenants having their own hot tub experience. Numerous shops and restaurant options within walking or bike distance. Beach access just two blocks away. Would visit again if assured we would not be responsible for amenity use while we were away from the home."

The house is great, it has a shared patio with the next door rental, which depending on the neighbors could be fun. The house itself was clean, spacious and very well situated.
