"We ate at Surfside by the pool often and enjoyed it! Staff was amazing. I stopped at the front desk at least 4 times, 3 out of the 4, staff was less than helpful or friendly. I know they were busy, but they were short and did not have time for me. Other than that, we really enjoyed the stay. Also, they need more elevators and stars that exit into the building. We were on the 5th floor and I would have walked up and down the stars if they emptied into the building instead of the back side of the hotel."

"Great value for the money. Surprised by house spacious the room was. Delighted by how quick the bus ride to Disney was and how close to the gates it left us. Appreciated that parking was secure as we had very full cars that could not be completely unloaded. Breakfast was not included in the cost of our stay."

"From the moment we arrived the place was exceptional. The staff was always welling to help and always had a smile. We stayed at the Ali’i tower and our room had the most beautiful view of the ocean. Food was outstanding and the atmosphere was great."

"Ok this is the place to stay! We walked into our nice cool room, which had a front room and a full kitchen combo. Then there is a bedroom with two queen size beds and a bathroom and then you go upstairs and there’s a king size bed and a bathroom. The couch in the front room is a hide-a-bed. it was perfect for our daughter and her husband and three children and me and my husband. It was super clean. The free breakfast was amazing. The free parking was much appreciated. The only downside to this hotel is that it’s a little bit far from Disneyland if you have small children. You go out to the corner of Harbor and Disney Way and then walk down Disney Way probably a good third of a mile. If they had a shuttle, this would be the most ideal place in the whole Disney area. But other than that, we loved it. Five stars all the way. "
