Hyatt Regency San Francisco
10/10 Excellent
"Room was spacious and clean. Best part was the staff. Everyone was friendly and was speedy when bringing things to your room. Only thing that was a concern was the way you could hear everything from the ground. There was a party downstairs and we heard the music and the dj like they were in the next room but we were all the way up on the 8th floor. Im sure it’s because of the way the building was laid out. Great stay otherwise."

"Beautiful property. Really conveniently close to the park. Staff was super friendly. Room was clean. Shuttle ride was awesome and easy to use. One downside we were only asked to see our wristbands once and not everyone else did. At night time when the park closed the shuttle will get extremely full and people did not know how to make line and wait to board the bus. It doesn’t matter how long you wait and make line other people will cut you off. We saw one lady boarding before her party and saving seats for them only for her party not to board the shuttle and stay behind."

"Location was GREAT! Easy walk to Pikes Place Market, close to the Link tram station- Westgate stop. Also about a 15 minute walk to the Space Needle. Boutique Hotel, very well maintained! Staff was great! We took a cruise and they even offered a shuttle to the cruise terminal. Would definitely recommend this hotel!"

"We ate at Surfside by the pool often and enjoyed it! Staff was amazing. I stopped at the front desk at least 4 times, 3 out of the 4, staff was less than helpful or friendly. I know they were busy, but they were short and did not have time for me. Other than that, we really enjoyed the stay. Also, they need more elevators and stars that exit into the building. We were on the 5th floor and I would have walked up and down the stars if they emptied into the building instead of the back side of the hotel."

"From the moment we arrived the place was exceptional. The staff was always welling to help and always had a smile. We stayed at the Ali’i tower and our room had the most beautiful view of the ocean. Food was outstanding and the atmosphere was great."
