Good evening! My stay at the Horseshoe Las Vegas was great. The only complaint I have is that one day I didn't get room service and forgot my souvenirs in my room, but I did file a claim with lost and found. Thank you, and I will be back next year in December 2026‼️💯💯💯🙏
