“Always a favorite place to stay the night before an international trip out of PTY. Love the reception area and tiki bar. Nice to have the small gift shop. Convenient shuttle runs every hour on the hour to the airport.”

“I love it! It was clean, the staff was friendly and surprisingly spoke English very well, which was great for me as I’m not a Spanish speaker. The grounds were so beautiful with butterflies and hummingbirds all over the place. I didn’t go in the pool, but it looked very inviting. The complementary lemonade was great. The breakfast that was included went way beyond my expectations. It started as a continental breakfast, which was pretty standard, but then you can add your choice of other entrées……

“I recently stayed at this hotel and unfortunately my experience was quite disappointing. The rooms were not properly cleaned, with noticeable buildup of grime that made the stay uncomfortable. While a few staff members were polite and attentive, the majority of the personnel seemed indifferent. It was difficult to get assistance, and even basic interactions often felt dismissive. The facilities themselves appear to be lacking proper maintenance, which is unfortunate because the property and……

“The staff were so friendly. We arrived a little early and they were able to get us into our room very fast even though we didn’t ask. They had great service in the restaurant as well. The breakfast was tasty. It’s also very close to some local shops and a casino. The pool was big and very well maintained. The rooms were clean and ours had a nice covered sitting area where we sat outside and watched the rain. We would stay here again!”

“I really enjoyed the hotel. I enjoyed the food, drinks and entertainment. The pool was another matter, for such a top rated hotel the pool was worse than any other hotel I have stayed. In the pictures it looked beautiful but when we went up, it was very disappointed. Everything else was great. I really picked you guys because of the pool. I wanted to get in a pool but yours like I said disappointed me.”
