It Eventually was ready around 3:20 however we have n been travelling since 03:00 am the day before and we were desperate to get somewhere to rest. We chose this hotel for the location and convenience as it’s near to many amenities . Area a a bit loud as there was a trans convention where they were discussing their issues and it was heard all over the lobby and restaurant area through the loud speaker . One manager told us the convention gets loud and that he was sorry if any guests were disturbed by the noise . The property serves its purpose only thing is there is no weights in the gym but they have a 24 hour gym about five minutes out by Uber. The staff are the best like they leave you alone but still are super attentive of you if that makes sense and they are not trying to squeeze any money out of you in fact they are telling you ways to save money and that’s rare as a U.S. citizen visiting a country like Colombia." I recommend the Park V Hotel which is cleaner the staff are attentive but also are not inside it trying to tax you for being a tourist. Breakfast is blah and of course cold even if you are the first person down there. It’s extremely pretentious so if you have money but still want to be treated like a regular human being do not go there and lastly the price I paid for four nights at the Park V was the price of one night at the uppity Hotel Spiwak. Do not book here you can get a better stay somewhere else."
