No water in the room, no hot water one day, everything is tired and old, charged extra for wifi (cash only), card machine not working so couldn't use credit card for the rooms, difficult to lock open and close doors, slow response. I would not recommend

Celia was very nice and accommodating for all needs. The place is clean, quiet and convenient for bus and scooter rental. I would certainly stay there again. Even when the main water pump went out, she got it fixed straight away and was very apologetic.

The property owner was very gracious and accommodating. The room was spacious and clean and the bed was very comfortable. It is an older building so showing signs of its age. Bathroom seems to be recently updated. Nowhere we stayed in Bermuda had much water pressure in the shower. They rely on rain water so use it sparingly. Facility is a 3 minute walk to the food store and the bus routes so very handy for us because we did not have a car or scooter.

I arrived well after midnight because of delayed flights. The nice lady at the front desk had to wake up to let me in. She did a couple of checks and let me get a room before formally checking in. Wonderful people here

Nice apartment house with a really great owner
In the middle of the island with restaurants and supermarkets at walking distance. The owner is such a nice lady. The appartment was confortable and all the thing that were not right on my arrival she fixed them. The room had clean services every day. I do not rate them higher because the little frogs made noise at night. But it will be great for a nature lover.

A wonderful and all too short stay. Celia is an amazing woman and hostess. Fairly easy walk to the world-renowned Elbow Beach (though look around for much nicer and quieter ones - there is no shortage of sand and sea in Bermuda), and a 10 minute drive into Hamilton. We usually stay in all-inclusive resorts but as this is not an option in Bermuda, Dawkins Manor is an excellent choice and you really get a sense of being a local. Recommend buying some groceries and using the kitchen as restaurant meals are way over priced and average at best, even in the more upmarket hotels. Highly recommended and we will definitely stay there next time we visit this beautiful island.

The room is well equipped with a refridgerator/freezer/toaster/coffee maker/plates cups and cutlery.Good AC. Supermarket just up the road. Elbow beach is a short walk, Hamilton is a short cab ride. Owner is friendly and helpful.Not fancy or deluxxe, but everything you need. Would def stay there again. Thank you Celia Dawkins.
